MTB Himalaya- Day 1

The moment I woke up in the morning on 28th September, there was a torrent of excitement flowing down my nerves. The flag off took from the “Holiday Home Hotel” located in exquisite capital of Himachal Pradesh with so much of glee and get done by “Mr.Sudeepto Roy”- Chief Secretary . Colourful flags, fearful sight, gusto-full crowd, avid gathering are some words enough to make a lively globe which no human can resist to experience . Empathetic voices had reached above the hearing decibels in actual shows the level of fervour inside the riders, volunteers and crowd.

A journey of adventure with the humongous amount of verve is what I found during my time of travelling. Un-Elevated clouds was looking like nymphs gown, tripping of monkeys and jerking of bike was bouncing in the same tone.

Then the jaunt of exploration start revealing, an amazing performance of nature with the help of undefined artist like clouds, peeking sunlight and loads of pine trees to make a sphere to confine bewilderment.

One can imagine the level of astonishment if nature’s uncertain acts gets collaborated with hominid pace and that’s what happened at the end line of the race. The rider’s faces at the end had got the expression of satisfaction with obvious yearning gut.

The whole event of MTB Himalaya was not just a cycling event it was more above that as its shows and conclude different perspective of it like it showed the passion of Indian towards mountain biking and adventure. The crown on being adventurous has always been clawed by foreigner but after seeing “DuttaPatil” (one amongst the rider of Indian origin who has certainly got definite determination to win the race) and many more  deluge Indian veins as a participants in the event has wiped out the clouds of perplex ion from eggheads of many.

Even women riders were not less in showing their passion for biking, indeed they were performing extremely well. My eyes got stuck for a while, when I saw LaxmiMagar (a women rider from Nepal) smooth riding style, particularly in downhill section full of sharp turns. She took out her bike from muddy path confidently without doing even a tiny mistake.

Unforgettable memories to save in the diary of MTB Himalaya as lots more thrill and snags is about to come to swirl your brain out of adventure tycoon.
